If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item:

Share a clear photo of the item and the packaging
We will offer a replacement or full refund, as per your preference

Due to the personal and hygienic nature of our products, we do not accept returns on:
Used or opened items
Custom or personalized orders
However, if you are unsatisfied with your purchase for any reason, please reach out — we are happy to work with you to find a resolution.
📦 Order Cancellations
You may cancel your order within 2 hours of placing it by emailing sales@soapy-licious.com
After this window, your order may already be in production and cannot be canceled

Soaps, body butters, or bath bombs once opened
Sale or promotional items
Gift cards
